The 2B/GA 7x40 military-grade rangefinding binoculars are designed for distant observation in all weather conditions and in temperatures ranging from -40° to +140° F. Their bodies are protected from shock, abrasion and the elements by non-slip rubber sleeves. Their objective lenses are protected by two-piece polymer covers which are hinged and contain amber low-light filters. In twilight or hazy conditions, these filters conveniently snap over the ocular lenses to provide sharper contrast as well as a brigher view of the target. Other features include:

As if the quality and performance of our 7x40 standard and rangefinding military binoculars were not enough, we also offer this special pair with an IR detector that displays infra-red emissions from sources like military AN/PAQ-4 and AN/PEQ-2 laser aiming devices. No other company offers a standard military-grade binocular with this feature.
Based on years of research, these binoculars feature a specially-treated screen that is self-charging (no batteries needed) and that is capable of "translating" the infrared light spectrum into a light spectrum that is visible to the human eye. With the flip of a switch, this screen rotates into view and infrared light sources are displayed in an emerald green color, allowing the user to determine, among other things, whether or not they are being targeted with IR devices. They represent the full military version of the standard 7x40 model and are the only current-production binoculars capable of such detection of infrared light sources.

上次eddy贴的两篇德国人评95和WDT8x40的文章，都是以罗马尼亚7x40 IOR-SA为基准的。
认为这两个镜子均不如罗马尼亚镜。
